About Claudia

Claudia Blumenstock, Founder and CEO of Copernicus, Inc., brings over 30 years of experience in long-term care as a licensed nursing home administrator and leadership consultant. Throughout her career, she has strengthened leadership and organizational culture by fostering respectful, trust-based work environments that improve staff engagement, morale, and retention. 

Through Copernicus, Claudia delivers innovative, interactive consulting and education focused on communication, relationship-building, and workforce development. Her practical, results-driven strategies help leaders navigate staffing shortages, manage workplace challenges, and adapt to changing employment landscapes - especially in recruiting and retaining the emerging workforce.

Claudia's work has been key in a range of state-funded initiatives, including subcontracting for a Utah Department of Health and Human Services grant to strengthen long-term care leadership. She has been a trainer for the New York Department of Health's Advanced Training Initiative and was a Coach for a New York State project to improve resident satisfaction in long-term care. Building on this expertise Claudia harnesses her knowledge and insights to strengthen leadership and workforce development across industries.
